Seniors need to have an official FHS graduation gown, cap, and tassel for graduation. Seniors can borrow gowns and not purchase one, but it needs to be the official FHS red gown with the rocking F on it.
If you are just wanting the graduation gown, cap, and tassel, you can go the link listed below. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and you will see a black gown titled “Cap, Custom Gown, and Tassel.” The picture is of a black gown, but it will be the red gown with the rocking F on it when it arrives.
Herff Jones also has announcements, rings, and many other senior items that can be purchased. You can go to www.gradtogo.comto check out their website. *Graduation Announcements are on a limited, first-come-first-served basis and only guaranteed through a certain time.
Herff Jones sent the following information about other packages and items that can be purchased.

HOSA will be sponsoring our final blood drive of the semester on 11/29/2023. Blood Drive QR sign up fliers are posted around campus. If you are 16, you must have a parent / guardian signed permission slip that you can get from Mrs. Copell in room 122. Also, this month, platelet donors for the drive will get the regular November incentives AND 300 points ($30) to the donor store.
Starting Monday, November 13th through December 1st, we will be running a special schedule to enrich student learning. Students will be attending a flex period to address a variety of required components such as graduation requirements, College-Career Readiness, interventions and other enrichment activities. Students' class assignments will be posted by the library, and students will be reminded by teachers Thursday and Friday.
Congratulations to the FHS FFA members who competed at the Hill Country LDE contest in Blanco on Monday. 54 students competed in 12 different contests/events, and 10 of the 12 teams placed first or second to advance to the Area VII FFA LDE Contest next Wednesday.
