After a long year of hard work, early mornings and late practices, the NJROTC program was awarded the Unit Achievement award for the first time in five years. Every year the instructors are asked to tally up all the community service hours, competitions, and more. This year, all our points were added up, and FHS became one school in 20 who exceeded the set expectations.

The Fredericksburg ISD Education Foundation awarded Kim Zuberbueler a grant in order to take classes this summer in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.  Thank you to the Education Foundation for making this possible for our teachers.

    Grant Award

Fredericksburg High School has once again been awarded ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Grant to enrich math and/or science instruction in the classroom. The grant of $500 was made possible by funding from the ExxonMobil Corporation through our local Kwik Chek Convenience Store. This grant is apart of a program that supports schools in communities that are served by ExxonMobil sites. ExxonMobil has a long history of providing support to schools. Kwik Chek is happy to have the opportunity to invest in the future of their community to neighborhood schools.
