This is my 11th year of teaching. The first 5 years of my teaching career began in Round Rock at C.D. Fulkes and Chisholm Trail Middle Schools as a French and German teacher. I then moved here to Fredericksburg to teach German at both Fredericksburg Middle School and Fredericksburg High School . My son was born at the end of my third year here, at which point I decided to be a stay-at-home mom for 18 years. I am thrilled to be back again as the German teacher and now there is the extra fun of teaching French, as well! I love traveling, embroidery, reading, walking, cooking, and baking. As you can see from my one-and-only selfie, I am also a bit of an anglophile. One summer as a fifth grader, my parents brought me here to Fredericksburg on a day trip. At the end of the day, they asked me how I liked it and my response was,"I am going to live in this town when I grow up." I am so grateful that my wish was granted! There is no place I would rather be and I feel very blessed to be a part of this lovely community.
