I completed an AA degree at Riverside City College in California.  I joined the US Air Force in 1982, where I trained and worked as a cryptologic linguist. My military career brought me to Germany. After a 4 year stint in the Air Force, I remained in Germany, where I met my wife. In Germany, I completed a 3-year apprenticeship in Cabinetry at Augsburg trade school, with on the job training at a local cabinet making shop. My career in cabinet making and flooring spans over 30 years, and the latter part of my career was spent training and mentoring apprentices and new colleagues on job sites. Cabinetry in Germany covers a wide variety of finish carpentry, such as doors, windows, dry wall, panelling, amongst my acquired skills, which I am excited to pass on to my students.
