This is my 28th year with the Fredericksburg Independent School. I was an English teacher at the Fredericksburg Middle School for 13 years, and then I was the middle school librarian and yearbook adviser for eight years. This is my seventh year at Fredericksburg High School advising the journalism program. I could not ask for a better place to teach, and this teaching position is especially wonderful to me since many, many years ago I was the editor of the Campus Comet when I attended Fredericksburg High School.
