Families that are new to FISD, please complete the steps below:

Before completing the online enrollment application, you must request enrollment access.

You will need your:

• Contact Information
• Address
• Email Address

Once your request is submitted, you will be emailed a username and password. Please save this email or write down the username and password. This username and password will be used to submit your Online Enrollment Request in step 2.

New Student Enrollment Request

New families should call their campus and arrange an appointment to complete the enrollment process.

***ATTENTION PRE-KINDERGARTEN FAMILIES***

For more information on enrolling a Pre-Kindergarten student, see below.

• Certified copy of the child’s birth certificate (a hospital copy is not acceptable)
• Social Security Card of child being registered
• Parent or Guardian’s valid driver’s license/ID
• Withdrawal form from previous school, if available
• Current immunization records
• Previous School Information
• Emergency Contact Information
• Contact Information for Student's Physician
• Information Regarding any Medical Conditions
• Information Regarding any Food Allergies
• Proof of Residency (no subleasing or room rentals permitted)
  • Homeowner – provide a copy of the top portion of a water, gas, or electric bill showing the address within the past 30 days.
  • Leaser/Renter – provide a current signed lease agreement – parent/guardian must be listed as the leaseholder or occupant;
  • If the parent/guardian is not listed as homeowner, leaser, or occupant, then an “Letter of Residency” must be completed by the parent/guardian/homeowner and/or leaseholder: Download Proof of Residency 

If you have NEVER had a student enrolled in Fredericksburg ISD and need to enroll a New Student,

1. Click this link: STUDENT ENROLLMENT.
2. Fill out a one-page document.
3. You will then receive an email with an additional link to complete the enrollment form for your child.

A Transfer Student is any student who does not reside in Fredericksburg ISD boundaries.

After enrolling a new student, please contact the campus to ensure that your registration has been received and to see if you need to set-up an appointment to meet with the registrar. 

If you currently have a student within your family enrolled in Fredericksburg ISD and need to enroll a New Student:

3. Click the down arrow next to the house.
4. Select new student enrollment.
